HOURS OF OPERATION & AFTER-HOURS AVAILABILITY: Pricy Staffing & Homecare Agency normal operating hours are from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The agency has staff on-call after regular office hours that is in operation from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 5:00 p.m. on Friday through 9:00 a.m. Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. (weekends) and on holidays. To reach the on-call service, individuals can call the office at (614) 929-7715 which will be forwarded to the on-call phone. The agency staff assigned the responsibility of on-call will answer all calls during the after-hours time period. At times a non-clinical employee may be assigned to answer all incoming calls. An agency RN is always also on-call and can be contacted for clinical concerns, questions, and issues. The non-clinical staff and RN will have access to the schedule, patient, and staff information. If an issue of a clinical nature occurs and the client needs to be seen, the RN will perform a home visit to assess the client. If the issue is of an urgent nature, the client and/or caregiver will be instructed to go to the nearest emergency room and the physician will be notified. New Intake/referrals may be accepted after hours as well.
